So if Bolton has to forfeit any profits to Trump it would be especially fitting that no one buy this book. This would deny Trump money and create huge piles on remainder tables (except Amazon has wiped out that vestige of the past).

It actually makes all the sense in the world that this is an attempt to head off an unfavorable SCOTUS decision. This appears to be panicked response, this was not a long, well thought out decision made with careful consideration of all the risks. It smacks of, “We gotta do something FAST.”

Not up to this judge to decide.
The supposed “classified material” in the book was classified after the appropriate officials had finished their clearance process for the manuscript.
And the person doing the classifying had not received the proper training about how to classify material.
There’ll be a lawsuit about it, and Bolton may lose, but it will be a shit show that will reveal more than the Trumpers want revealed. And it won’t take place before the election, so it may never happen at all.
