Well isn’t this a fine kettle of fish? DoJ was too late to the game, Bolton was too eager to make a buck, and four months to review a book is a long time, so there Judge.

Dear John Bolton,
You should’ve testified before the House. The end.

Looks like a progressive dream. Bolton’s book gets out but this Judge is seriously considering he turn over the profits. I hope he does. Can you imagine how pissed off Bolton will be after all that trouble and knowing he’d trash his conservative creds but he ends up broke?

What parts of the book possibly could damage U.S. national security? I can’t think of a thing.

Crook vs crook. Both should lose.

The information will get out and Bolton will get one cent.

Justice for once.

So the best outcome possible under these pathetic and ridiculous circumstances? Ok.

This legal writ should be hereafter referred to as “Nice try, shitbirds.” We would also accept “Another faceplant from the fuckwits.”

Bolton may not make a buck at all. The part of this case the Judge seems to agree with is that Bolton surrender all his profits. That would be so sweet and coming from a wing nut judge at that. Bolton fucks Trump and then gets stiffed for his fee.

The only improvement would be if Bolton got fines and jail time for releasing information “vital to national security”. However, that is unlikely because the experienced official who reviewed it said it was not in violation and the whole thing will disappear when Biden takes office.

Bolton won’t end up “broke”, he was already paid $2 million to produce the book. What may happen is that he sees no profits from it sale.

Boo fuckin’ hoo.

Lamberth also asserted that, having viewed non-public government declarations describing the classified material in Bolton’s book, he is “persuaded that Defendant Bolton likely jeopardized national security by disclosing classified information in violation of his nondisclosure agreement obligations.”

Anybody that is persuaded by a description of what happened from Bully Barr’s cronies is a sucker. Show me the information and why you think it’s classified.

I imagine this Judge will force Bolton to turn over that 2 million or what’s left of it.

There really aren’t enough hours in the day for describing all the crimes tRump has committed since taking office (and even before getting there), but for $32.50 all will be revealed.

Impeachment shouldn’t have been billed as a one-act play imo. One and done just doesn’t do it justice.

Please Vote. Its our last best hope for a better future than the shit we’re living through right now.

Trump has already damaged US national security by his own words and deeds. And unless Bolton provided an index of the embarrassing stuff hidden away on the code word server that the lawyers don’t want revealed then…

This session of SCOTUS ends on June 29th. There are only three working days left so he still has more bad news potentially coming his way from the financial cases still pending.

Speculation on Twitter last night that an aide to Thomas, Alito, or Boofin’ Bart leaked to WH that these cases weren’t going his way and that’s why the sudden attempt to remove Berman last night.

Buckle up, scouts and campers!
