A federal judge in Montana decided Monday that Daily Stormer founder Andrew Anglin owes real estate agent Tanya Gersh more than $14 million after rallying other white supremacists on his site to inundate her and her family with a barrage of threats and vitriol.
Once Trump is safely reelected he’ll have to pardon Anglin.

The judge cited must be a federal magistrate (also known as a magistrate judge), assigned to the case by the District Court judge who has it. That would be why the decision will be reviewed.
The plaintiffs will never collect on the judgment, of course, but it will keep Anglin’s wings clipped.
