Well said, with my only objection being to the use of the word “surprising”. A man capable of being kicked off Parler, for Pete’s sake, is not a paragon of stability, virtue, or clear-thinking. But please, Judge, do continue…

Is it just me, or could a “toxic stew of mendacity, prevarication and surprising incompetence” be one of the ways history books will describe the Trump administration in the near future?

It looks as though 2021 is going to be a very bad year for scumbags, at least it’s starting out that way.

Lin Wood is what you get when you hire your Elle Woods from Wish.

I am surprised by the conversational tone of the filing.

Every lawyer that stuck around after the real law firms resigned (about 2 weeks after the election when it was clear the lawsuits were going nowhere) should be disbarred at a minimum.

There’s a certain satisfaction to be derived from watching starchy establishment types cutting wild-eyed berserker radicals down to size.

He meant the same surprise you felt when first you encountered Lin Wood.

How long will it take for Rudy’s disbarment??

The judge did not go far enough. Before tossing Wood from the case, he should have sanctioned him. Then he could disqualify him. But now he’s lost his ability to do that.

It’s about time that courts started to do more than just dismissing frivolous lawsuits and saying not-so-kind things about Trump’s lawyers. Want to deter this nonsense? Sanction the lawyers and report them to the entity that grants their law licenses.

Or, as was the case with Federal District Judge Jose Cabranes and the serial offender Anthony Martin-Trigona back in the '80s, prohibit the filing of any future complaint without explicit permission from the court.

I think he’s using it in the ironic sense. Some judges really have a flair for the snark.
