Acerbic, but fair.

“…calling Wood’s behavior a “toxic stew of mendacity, prevarication and surprising incompetence.”

ETA. “The Taming of the Toxic Stew.”

I think there must be a Freudian analyst’s couch somewhere with Lin Wood’s name on it… (plenty of perjury)

Also, I laugh at the perfect match of lawyer and client – Lin Wood and the major doofus Carrter Page.

‘Mendacity,’ ‘Incompetence’

With so many suing so many other people can someone please give ma a layman’s short summary of why Carter Page is in court? Please and thank you.

(is Carter Page going to become that stubborn stain that no matter how hard you scrub, how many methods and products you use, that stain just won’t go away)

“toxic stew of mendacity, prevarication and surprising incompetence.”

Trump’s White House. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.

“Under Plenty of Perjury.”

Love the true statement.

The phrase “toxic stew” is somewhat cliché. Did the judge ever think of “carcinogenic cupcake” or “pestilential prune danish”, or “noxious nutroll”? Something sweet to take the edge off.

And this judge disallowed that perfect match. He has a lot of ‘splainin’ to do!

From the article:

The Page case centers on defamation allegations stemming from the Mueller probe.

It appears that Dr. Carter wants his good name back so that he can continue to shill for Putin and other oligarchic causes without enduring baleful looks of righteous folk.

The short memory of many will make sure these events pass into ancient history in another two weeks or so.

Weren’t they a big hair band back in the 80’s?

Guessing no.

Not to be contrarian, but I’d rather all the other lawyers besides Wood were removed — Page deserves representation befitting his own low level of sanity and competence.

Pity.
