As I read it, Cuccinelli was (illegally) placed into a line of succession within a department by the creation of a fictitiously named position. Why do you suppose the Impeached Imbecile would put one of his flunkies in place to move up? Hmm?

This is actually black letter law. And the Surpemes ruled against Obama on temporary appointments under the vacancy reform act. Not putting it beyond 4 of them to just change position, but I don’t think Robert’s wants to burn his credibility on this issue.
