A lot of things happened. Here are some of the things. This is TPM’s Morning Memo. Trump Was Warned President Trump was warned by his lawyer Evan Corcoran that he could not retain classified documents at Mar-a-Lago after they were…
Lambert said he was also put off by Trump’s recent CNN town hall, where the former president continued to falsely claim the 2020 Election was “rigged.”
“What voters who didn’t vote for Trump in 2020 are going to vote for him this time based on his performance? I don’t think anyone will,” Lambert told The Post. " We can’t talk about things from four years ago that can’t be changed.
“Trump is going to have a difficult time winning the general election. The election won’t be about Joe Biden’s bad record. It will be a referendum on Trump instead.”

K. T. McFarland, a former Deputy National Security Advisor, says the FBI, Justice Department, and CIA will rig the 2024 U.S. presidential election, following their success in rigging 2016 and 2020, because they won't allow any candidate to win that would hold them accountable:… pic.twitter.com/30dSX700HQ
A federal judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to provide financial documents proving he can’t afford to hire anyone to conduct searches for relevant information in the lawsuit against him by two Georgia election workers.
Evan Corcoran’s copious notes are a gold mine of information, and no wonder Trump was attacking Jack Smith the past few weeks.
Then there is this information about Walt Nauta from The Guardian:
To force his cooperation, prosecutors threatened to charge him with lying to the FBI after he gave differing accounts over several interviews. But that incensed Nauta’s lawyer, who told the justice department his client would not talk again unless he was charged or offered an immunity deal.
After losing Nauta, investigators have turned to other witnesses who could shed light on his role. In recent interviews, they have asked whether Nauta removed boxes containing classified documents when he was in the storage room at the time of the subpoena, and where he went with them.
Nothing like making Trump even more paranoid than to talk to those that work for him at Mar-a-Lago.
The problem with Trump hypotheticals is that they now stretch credulity. Just as law students must learn about the fertile-octogenarian rule, so the American public must now discuss whether Trump would be able to govern from his prison cell. Although constitutionally feasible, it probably isn’t the best setting for a winning campaign – even against an octogenarian. When Trump stumbles, where is the money going to go? Youngkin was CEO of Carlyle right up until he ran for Virginia governor. Geopolitically he’s a plugged in guy, certainly preferred by the Saudis, and non-threatening as he looks like another Glenn, Glenn Sturgis of Superstore fame.
A transgender student skipped her public high school commencement ceremony in Mississippi after a federal judge declined to intervene to block the school from making her wear “boy’s clothes” under her gown.
Republicans are way too obsessed with children’s genitalia to be entrusted to be anywhere near public schools!
Well, it would appear that the missing rudy slippers have been found, and Giuliania (a whiny-assed titty baby if ever there was one) clicked her heels and said three times, “There’s no place like home…”
Jack Smith is already chewing on Trump and next step will be to spit him out…extensive criminal court cases await…will that be enough to neuter a dangerous feckless demagogue?
