I think you’re right. My main concern is in how the courts intervene to prevent the vote count afterwards and of course the less mentioned attempts by foreign actors that we’re not getting much info on prior to the election to mess with the registration of voters or whatever else they may be up to. Still holding my breath…

Hopefully the tallies on election night will be leaning blue enough that trump will have to insist on counting ballots past Nov. 3rd. It would completely nullify all the pre-election shenanigans.

Biden has something like 4,000 lawyers ready to pounce on all sorts of bullshit the syphilitic GOP wants to pull. And they certainly will, but it won’t be enough. Just ask their wives about that.

Around here (Northern Indiana), the places with the Trump signs indicate that in general, the residents are very fearful people.
The house across the road from the barn has long had a sign nailed to a tree that sort of dares people to trespass and displays a picture of a gun. Now it displays a large T flag.
Other T properties are behind mounds of dirt (OK, I can understand “sound barriers”, but still…) or set way back among trees, house barely visible, with iron gates and security cameras.
There are VERY few political signs up here in the “rural/exurb/posh suburban/Repub” part of the county. Those that have down-ballot signs do NOT also have T signs.
(I have not explored the residential parts of South Bend or Mishiwaka. They are fairly solid Dem-majority cities.)

Hah. Well, you don’t have to be a religious person or very spiritual person to subscribe to some of the dictums that turn out to make total sense. Its the basic foundation for all Talmudic jurisprudence, and thus developed into the pursuit of equitable legal reasoning in general in our modern day legal system, as is the Code of Hammurabi that came down to us through the ages. Think of it as history, man.
