“Chairman of the House Republican Conference” is a vanity title with no authority and no political power.

Which is why she’s not so concerned. And, more so why she feels emboldened to speak out. The writing is on the wall, those late to the party will be left behind.

My fear is the alternative, the “late to the party” think they will prevail, and will stop at nothing.

Glad to hear it! Though in that particular image, it’s hard to tell.

IT was an album cover.

This shows either a) complete naivete or b) an effort to rewrite history. It’s so typical of the never-trumpers.

No, Heritage Foundation has never been a serious think tank, nor anywhere close.

Absolutely. And I hope she enjoys the cruise.

First and second were the same for me. Shot site owie, fuzzy headed for 2 days. Nada more.

What does mine say?

Dude!

I get the feeling by behaving this way the Goobers are gonna bite their own ass. I mean they’ll end up pissing off the “base” when they mess with votes. NOBODY from any political stripe likes their vote … corrected by some bean counter.

Speaking of shithole, it boggles the mind how much of it oozes out of the sewer they label the Republican party.

Is there a word or phrase that is not offensive as

"opportunistic c*%t?

I’m trying to be as politically correct as possible, but my first thought is

“Elise Stefanik”

Maybe Dan Savage can make her a definition like he did Rick Santorum.

Tom Cotton. Ted Cruz. This one. Harvard must be so proud.

Turns out parts of the nutsosphere share those doubts.

My younger brother was looking for an event to take a date (late 80s I think) - something nicer than a stadium concert - and she was performing in town that night. I sent them there; I don’t think his date liked it but he came home in awe of her voice.

Why do so many of these Talking Heads seem to think the Qs have such a great chance at taking back Congress? Everyone I know is motivated to stop that from happening.

I think I’ve got the GQP’s number now.

–They fully believe that they will win the House in 2022. (Let’s prove them wrong!)

–Then they will impeach Biden using the “audits” that prove he didn’t win.

They are going to try for this. Otherwise they wouldn’t be pressing the BIG LIE so hard and so firmly.

Doubtful. They can’t get a conviction in the Senate.

They are pushing the Big Lie so.hard to fend off challengets from the right in their primaries. But the position will cause them difficulties in the general and in any attempt to move out if safe seats and in to bigger things in the future.

Not doable. Plus, the real world now believes in Biden, and the R BIZZARO world is looking for their Superman.

Kevin ( I have no policy and no backbone, and I keep licking Trump’s Taint, but he doesn’t know if it’s me or a mosquito) ; Mitch ( I hate Biden but I love his policies - we need bridges);

Biden just keeps moving forward, and pardon me, the R’s, for the moment, are looking for satisfaction on PORNHUB.
