And it’s high time the goobers quit this shit because tomorrow could be a partial government shut down for lack of funding unless the House and Senate get their shit together today. The whole point of the MAGA GOP Hunter Biden “hearings” was never finding any actual dirt on President Biden. It was about holding dog and pony shows that conjured up false claims and then peddle them on right wing propaganda organs like Fox “News” and Newsmax, and hope news organizations pick up the stories. It’s BENGHAZI!!! all over again.
This time the gambit failed on all issues other than producing the remarkable result that President Biden is old, something so revelatory that the New York Times had to write dozens of breathless pieces pointing that out.

Abe Lowell, his lawyer, is very good. There will be no contempt of Congress, but certain Republicans will obviously be contemptible in such a session.
That said, many Republicans that pay attention to such sessions process politics on a rather primitive level, so they will probably eat it up.
