Hitting the Weak Points: What To Expect from Trump’s Defense

Well since there’s a gag order on his current trial, and most of his other trials seem to have be creeping inch by inch backwards, then he really can only complain about two Carroll trials that have been completed.

100 TrumpBucks™ that he got some kind of bad news about that trial within the past 36 hours.

Agreed. But I think my argument is that there are many different kinds of people in the armed forces and it’s a mistake (any more) to believe that they’re all ammosexuals or Christofascists. A lot of them are professionals who take pride in their service and its unimpeachable intentions. Trump fouls them too, and they know it.

He’d have been better off with Rodney Dangerfield as his lawyer, whose friend was framed for murder just because while he was standing on a corner innocently peeling an apple, the victim ran around the corner right into the knife …

backwards …

20 times.

trump is so fucked.

“Sarong to all the Trump”

  1. Per Alina Habba: “Better Pretty than Smart”

  2. The Bootlickers

  3. The Russian Nesting Dolls

As a New Yorker, that is my opinion as well. He’s in denial about it, of course. My unofficial verdict is the same as the fictional foreperson in The Producers. “We find the defendant(s) incredibly guilty!”

The Devil you say!

Even Prometheus wasn’t given such a hard time. Trump: Orpheus in the Underware.

Of course Donnie is fucked. He is sitting in a court of law with jurors that have had the most exposure to Donnie’s dealings, in the news prior to him being elected POTUS.

That should make him happy.
He won’t have to bitch about the cold.

Devil to FSM: “Dude, you owe me one for this.”

“When they were entered in the Trump system, they were entered as legal expenses for Retainer Agreement”

Great! Now merely show us a copy of that, and we’re all done here.

Can you even imagine that other guy bending down to put a flag on a soldier’s grave?

And if so, can you imagine him getting back up again, unassisted?

For it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an’ Chuck him out, the brute!"
But it’s “Saviour of 'is country” when the guns begin to shoot;
An’ it’s Tommy this, an’ Tommy that, an’ anything you please;
An’ Tommy ain’t a bloomin’ fool - you bet that Tommy sees!

– R. Kipling

Trump has a pattern of bouncing between trials and gag orders. Not a good day to be insulting the judge’s daughter, just before closing arguments and the start of deliberations, so let’s vent on E Jean Carroll.

Dick Gaughan with Ed Pickford’s masterpiece:

[Verse 1]
Come all of you workers who toil night and day
By hand and by brain to earn your pay
Who for centuries long past for no more than your bread
Have bled for your countries and counted your dead

[Verse 2]
In the factories and mills, in the shipyards and mines
We’ve often been told to keep up with the times
For our skills are not needed, they’ve streamlined the job
And with slide rule and stopwatch our pride they have robbed

[Verse 3]
But when the sky darkens and the prospect is war
Who’s given a gun and then pushed to the fore
And expected to die for the land of our birth
When we’ve never owned one handful of earth?

[Verse 4]
We’re the first ones to starve the first ones to die
The first ones in line for that pie-in-the-sky
And always the last when the cream is shared out
For the worker is working when the fat cat’s about

[Verse 5]
All of these things the worker has done
From tilling the fields to carrying the gun
We’ve been yoked to the plough since time first began
And always expected to carry the can

Skanky should have had the cojones to testify under oath. Todd Blanche and Susan Necheles made a big mess by not having him lie under oath. Skanky is a very convincing liar and conman and would fool the jury.

This is a ridiculous thing to say on Memorial Day, but still, a lot better than saying “Happy Memorial Day to all the losers and suckers who lost their lives for America. Sucks to be you!” Because, let’s face it, he’s made it clear that’s what he really thinks.

Many served honorably and some were wounded, and some were killed, and some were so damaged they came home and fell to suicide or survive on multiple prescriptions and counseling. We do well to remember those people.

Destiny’s Abortion.

It’s the idea that this is just the way things are done. You can reimburse your fixer-attorney by making him your personal attorney — that makes it legal.

gosh, he sure drained that swamp, didn’t he?
