Halperin Threatened MSNBC Chief After Kibosh On Comeback Attempt

Mark Halperin, an ex-pundit who slinked off in disgrace after being accused of sexual misconduct by a whole host of women, is attempting a comeback. And, based on a hostile call he had with MSNBC chief Phil Griffin, he is not looking kindly on those who stand in his way.

…“Morning Joe” hosts Joe Scarborough and Mike Brzezinski.

Really? Sloppy. :unamused:

Who would have known that Mark Halperin was related to Bill O’Reilly???

Here are six words that nobody in history has ever before strung together: “Gosh, I really miss Mark Halperin.”

Go away and never come back, you vacuous pervert.

I’m missing something here — what was the threat? With what could a disgraced former pundit threaten the head of a major TV news network?

And I’m sure MSNBC is shaking in its boots Marky. Maybe you, Bill O’Reilly, and “Judge” Jeannie Pirro can form a new internet news network? Maybe call it “ANti-American Streaming Service”.

I would say Halperin was acting like kind of a dick.

You are all kinds of wrong: I would say “Halperin is a dick.” and leave it at that.

Joe and Mika, proving they are unredeemable once more.

If Griffin had any balls he throw their sorry asses out, too. Give the morning slot to Joy Reid.

Dude accept that you should have thought with the big head not the little head, you didn’t and now you need to go away permanently.

Actually I was making a reference to the words Halperin said about Obama that got him suspended from MSNBC in 2011. Obama held a press conference and Halperin said the next day (on “Morning Joe”, of course! Is that irony delicious enough for you?! LOL!), “I thought he was kind of a dick yesterday.”

lobbied an editor at The Hill for a job. He might well get that job considering some of the others over there, John Solman is just one example.

Oh come now if they moved Joy to 5 days a week then who will they get to fill in for Hayes, Maddow, O’Connell, and Williams? Ali Velshi and Steve Kornacki can’t handle the load by themselves, and Steve has to have Big Board time during the upcoming election.

“The Hill” makes “Politico” look like “The New Yorker”.

I know. LOL I was riffing on you by saying you are “all kinds of wrong” for dredging up that inference. (It’s an urban slang thing, maybe?) I think I may have missed the mark.

Is it just me, but does Steve Kornacki get on your last nerve, too?

When he first started out he was kind of fun, but now he’s like a gnat you can’t get rid of when you’re trying to take a nap.

Well, neither of us missed the mark about knowing Halperin is a major asshole!

Looks like Trump may have found his next replacement for Stephanie Grisham.

Mark Halperin, come on down!

Halperin is a smart guy, but he clearly thinks he is smarter and more important in his own mind.

He had a chance to thread his way back to pundit land, and sell his book, but back into the toilet for you, dude.
