Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) says he is still on President Trump’s side.
During an interview on Axios’ HBO show Sunday night, Graham defended his “conscious decision” to help Trump “where I can,” despite admitting that he voted for independent candidate Evan McMullin in 2016.
An “equal opportunity abuser” is not a character trait that anyone should endorse. Was Lindsay rolled into the interview in a vat, a vat to hold all of parts together since he has no bone in his body?
It’s certainly going to be interesting to see Sen. Graham’s eventual wraithing. He’s smarter and more slithery than the usual Trump advocate/victim but still, it will inevitably happen to him. I expect to be highly amused.
Abusers can be charming especially after an episode of rage. How many times have I heard -why didn’t the battered spouse or significant other just get out? The entire country and world are being subjected to this abusive man. Trump is not well and Graham just said in an interview that he is enabling abusive behavior.
“I’m judging him by his conduct. If I spent all day analyzing every tweet he issued I’d go nuts.”
Why are tweets not conduct? Is wearing blackface also not conduct? How about revealing classified information or tainting the criminal justice system by using the power of your office to incite prejudice? I mean if speech isn’t conduct then why are we all so obsessed with defending it here in America? If tweets were all Trump did he would still be a shockingly horrible president. If you eliminate those, it gets much worse. His tweets are the most likable thing about him.
What did AMI have in the vaults on Lindsey & shared with Donnie or Michael Cohen? Hmmm, Michael might be a good interview on that to find out the hold on Lindsey
