GOPer On Foreign Affairs Committee Admits He Hasn’t Gone To A Single Impeachment Hearing | Talking Points Memo

A House Republican who’s been parroting GOP complaints about the impeachment probe’s “closed-door” processes admitted on Tuesday that he hasn’t actually participated in any hearings–despite being allowed to attend them.

l am not sure, but I think Yoho just pulled down his pants… and mooned himself. He sounds ~that~ unserious. Hopefully his future political opponents are keeping vid clips pointing out the cummulative unseriousness with which he takes his constitutional duty - or - on the trump fan side - how he isn’t even showing up to defend their guy.

Pretty much sums up the validity of their arguments about transparency … and fairness … and process … and yada yada yada.

That explains their votes, they think they are voting for comfort food (drink) from their childhood.

Not a CNN watcher, but I think “Poppy Harlow” would be a great name for a character in a noir thriller…

There you have it. I think Schiff needs to publish all of the attendance rosters for the meetings.

Anyone who protests yet have not been in the rooms for at least 3/4 of every meeting, needs to be shamed. There constituents need to know that for all of their noise, they are just following the loudmouths like lemmings.

This is serious business and if these R’s want to be taken seriously, then show up. If not, SHUT UP!

Side note: to your point of the weak tea these folks have for arguments for reelection… indeed. Perfect example. Just like the Nevada rep who got into a verbal fight with a reporter while saying just about nothing of substance.

Empty suits.

I heard this live this morning and, well it was an amazing example of a Republican lawmaker (ha!), carefully laying out the rationale for shirking one’s actual job duties outside of the usual echo chamber.
The person went from die-hard obstructionist to stating that he was participate in the Democratic and constitutional process of Congressional oversight JUST BECAUSE THE CNN REPORTER SUGGESTED THAT HE HAD A DUTY TO ATTEND.

So, maybe we can save the Republic by booing the President and administration officials and forcing them to explain themselves on CNN?

Well, if it isn’t Congressman Yo-Yo, the guy who thinks it’s AOK for Cheetoh Jesus te get dirt from Russia to spy on Hillary Clinton and who demanded her prosecution after the Whiner in the White House was elected but when he saw he couldn’t get it, then demanded her investigation.

It’s almost as if Schumer is the little cartoon devil on Trump’s left shoulder whispering in his ear: “Do it. Shut down the government. It’ll be beautiful.”

This is the same crap the morons that stormed the SCIF did…they didn’t ‘investigate’ or read or try to understand the closed meeting process (which THEY instituted when they had the majority)…they just want to btch and whine and snivel about how UNFAIR everything is. Now that they are getting the VOTE they are complaining it’s too SOON…and here we are TODAY with them admitting they haven’t read anything and don’t know why Donnie is being impeached but it MUST be because of those lousy DEMOCRATS who hate him. Oh yeah.

I dunno. This one could be devastating. He’s perfectly capable of holding his breath in a tantrum until he keels over.
