The CR runs until November 21. Pelosi will target holding an impeachment vote somewhere near but prior to (unless the budget magically gets approved quickly… 
).
That way, the Democrats will be able to portray any shutdown as Trump’s petulance and an attempt to prevent his Senate trial.
