You have to wonder who he thinks he’s talking to with such condescending comments about the role of women in our society.
Women who are sick of having to do the majority of sacrifice both outside and inside the home during this pandemic have had enough of this crap from Trump and Graham. Republicans have lost generations of suburban women voters, as well as their urban and even some rural counterparts.
And women senior citizens have finally had the blinders ripped off their Pro Life eyes with Trump’s cavalier attitude of them as potential Covid victims, as well as the way he treated those young children at the Border. The more they hear, the more they get angry and determined to vote for what’s right.
There is a reason why most European countries do not arm their police with anything besides the standard bully club. They don’t expect cops to go out and intimidate their citizens. They address mental health and addiction problems with universal healthcare.
While we in the US have a gun culture which is just plain uncivilized and attracts bullies not public servants to too many police departments. This results in nothing but promoting more violence not less within our communities.
The electorate will be exhausted, but they have to understand what is at stake. One more time to the polls for their right to vote. If you let Loeffer or Collins and Perdue into the Senate they are going to work to make sure that the things we have accomplished will be for naught.
Basically, don’t show up for the run-off and write off your right to show up in future elections.
Is there a chance in hell of this happening?. I am reminded of the dignity of Mohammad Ali and his influence on the overall perception of fair play and racial suppression within our society. It makes one wonder if there could still be enough potential voters out there to push Mitch to the curb once and for all.
Mich doesn’t play by the rules or even pretend to love the game. It’s all brute force and blind ambition. It should not be rewarded. We know what Jesus would do.
If Obama doesn’t go back into retirement, there could be a lot of opportunities. He still has it. The last few days have been magic. Trump must be fuming.
I wish Barrak would run for the House. Bill Clinton, too. They are too young to stay on the sidelines. And it could help a lot of other Midterm year election candidates. By running, they would show that they think it’s important and so should we.
The big problem with both of these races is they will be run offs at a time when the electoral will be exhausted.
That’s the scary part - exhausted GA voters back to same old habits; biting nails, falling off diets, voting ‘R’.
I didn’t know Purdue/Ossoff went to a run off? Warnock presents well against fabulous love my hair Loeffler who has some serious explaining to do. Ossoff just about murdered Sen Perdue in last debate. And Joni Ernst looks totally clueless/lost. She went for the brass ring, got ‘passed around’ by Senate ‘friends’ for four years and now she’s paying the price.
M.D. Al Gross in AK, running as an indie is keeping it close. Unfortunately he may run out of time. The more I read about these races the more calm I become.
I don’t see how this is possible, since the Democrats made history in the last election for the House of Representatives. I cannot imagine another term with the Senate in the majority with Republicans or Donald Trump in office for a second term. The slate has to be Clean sweep all democrats. It just doesn’t seem feasible.
There are three people I hate intensely in politics number one is Donald Trump number two is Mitch McConnell and number three is Lindsey Graham.
