Exactly. If an agreement has been reached, it simply means they didn’t ask for enough, which means they’ll vote against any and all agreements.

Doubtful: my understanding is that the only reason that Belarus even exists is because Putin finds the situation useful. Perhaps he has decided that it is time to return Belarus to its rightful place within the glorious Russian Empire?

Their immediate goal is making sure the US economy is trashed so it harms Dem chances in the 2024 election. Good plan! But it seems to have failed, from what I’ve been reading.
Apparently this is already past the point where the Freedom Caucus is involved at all, and Kevin knows he needs Dem votes to pass anything. So it’s going to be some small concessions for Biden and then the Freedom Caucus heads explode and it doesn’t matter. Kevin must have calculated that he can still keep his seat.

I wonder if there will be as many votes to can McQ as they had votes to can the ACA? We could watch them all summer keep trying to throw McQ out.

FWIW, the Canadians did away with their pennies a while ago and now round eveything up or down to the nearest 5 cents, I do still have a few Canadian pennies, but it would confuse anyone and everyone if I tried to use them.
Meanwhile, I still have a pocket full of US change, which I should probably cash in, since this is only going to only confuse everyone as time goes on…

Those miners, and their children should work longer in the mines so they can pull themselves up by their bootstraps and not be dependent on the government.
