GOP AR Gov Urges McCarthy To Condemn Boebert’s Attacks

Just to be different I’m going to simply observe that this is an obvious right thing to say and it was good of Hutchinson to say it. It’s actually kind of easy to arrive at that conclusion.

Who exactly?

He chose to.

The guys who are saying no to a '24 Trump bid , need to say who they’ll be backing.

It can’t be, “I’m not backing a ‘45’ return, but '24 is too early to say who i will support.”

Once again, I’d like to thank the people of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia and Michigan.

If i missed a 2016 Trump state that turned blue, please let me know.

‘And I’m ask that we meet together so civility in politics may resume.’

Pro tip to Boebert: It doesn’t work like that. Insulting the ethnicity of your co-workers and displaying your bigotry gets you shunned. When the Democrats retain the House nothing about your situation will have changed.

Asa Hutchinson was performing the ritual BS meant to assure us ‘the grown-ups are in charge and certainly don’t approve of the bad kidz’. This schtick cools the villagers’ nerves and placates the legacy media. The subtext is ‘the sane GOP will come to the rescue, governors like Asa, Hogan and Sununu and all will be well’.

Except that they won’t and can’t, and these tepid little performances of cover-up by them are fleeting and
irrelevant.

That I know of, only Hutchinson and Christie have said it on major news chans, but the latter wasn’t as explicit about it as Asa was.

And reflect the fact that governorship can’t be gerrymandered in the way state legistlatures are.

Note the threat by McCarthy to remove Democrats from committees should they take the House! I don’t doubt it for a minute.

Nazi’s in disarray?
Oh wait, nope.
Just another former, ex, no longer, or departing Republican speaking out now that he/she no longer faces the electorate.

Hutchinson has some guts here, but remember that he led the charge impeaching Clinton for getting a BJ in his office.

On the other hand, Clinton’s antics may well have given people a great excuse to later ignore Trump’s paying pornstars and all the rest. But, then again, we had Fox News and Russian interference/trolls, and home-grown trolls and opportunists to help people excuse having someone with absolutely no sense of morality be Prez.

He’s perfectly welcome to remove any Democrats who play footsie with violence against Republicans. It’s when he objects to Democrats rebuking Republicans who are playing footsie with violence against Democrats that he goes wrong.

Don’t you just love it when RepubliQans pretend they have a shred of morals. You can stop Asa - we know it’s just for show.

Fuck Asa Hutchinson. Watch the part of the interviews this weekend with him where he smirks the entire time he regurgitates the GQP Trump KKKult’s false talking point word salads about inflation. Great example of them just saying whatever and knowing it’s false and being smug and tickled by the fact that they’re up there on national TV saying it anyway, knowing it will be bieleved.
