The Justice Department’s move to drop charges against Michael Flynn “reflects a corrupt and politically motivated favor unworthy of our justice system, the court-appointed attorney arguing against the Justice Department’s motion to dismiss stated in a Friday filing.
I won’t consider justice ‘served’ until Barr is exposed for his illegal machinations. I want sunshine and disinfectant used in every office of the DOJ.
This case brings out the REVENGE in me: Flynn made an agreement so that his SON did not get prosecuted as well. IF this goes thru, I want Flynn JR and MRS. Flynn (who signed all their tax documents in which he lied about sources of income from his being a FOREIGN AGENT) to be arrested.
Break a deal, Face the Wheel (Tina Turner, Mad Max).
Just drag this process out until January 20, so that President Biden’s new AG can restore the rule of law and allow Judge Sullivan to properly sentence Flynn per his guilty plea.
Gleeson suggested that, should Sullivan decide to deny the government’s motion to dismiss, he would be within his rights to appoint a prosecutor to continue the case against Flynn independent of the DOJ.
This is my hope. It will force Trump to pardon Flynn.
But the process Sullivan goes through to expose Barr’s corruption would be worth the end result.

Don 't stop there. That seemed to be a warmup.Cause they(The Justice Department)are really in some new shit here.
Good, they deserve a scathing response for the deplorable decision to let Flynn go after getting a guilty plea out of him. This just should not be happening, and shows the corruption of the DoJ under Trump…that’s really concerning, justice should be party neutral and to see it twisted so strongly in such a short period of time means that there are problems with keeping it separate from the rest of the executive branch. A house cleaning, to remove partisans, is in order, followed by reforms that block this kind of interference and misbehavior by the political appointees, is required once Trump is gone.
“Gleeson, In Bid To Keep Flynn Case Alive, Says DOJ Acting As Lackey For Trump.”
“The Attorney General could not be reached for comment, but a DOJ spokesman told TPM that Barr would issue a statement as soon as his tongue was otherwise unoccupied.”
“In the United States, Presidents do not orchestrate pressure campaigns to get the Justice Department to drop charges against defendants who have pleaded guilty — twice, before two different judges — and whose guilt is obvious,” wrote John Gleeson, a former federal judge and prosecutor appointed to oppose the Justice Department in the case.
To call this brief “scathing” barely does it justice. While extremely professional, it sounds like someone with a great deal of pride in his calling -abiding by the rule of law - and very aggrieved as what has transpired under the auspices of Bill Barr.
If what Mr. Gleeson alleges is true (and it is), can anyone please explain to me why Barr should not be disbarred? It seems to me he has fundamentally forsaken the DoJ’s calling and following the principle that “Justice is Blind”.

When you get the answer to that question please type it in all CAPS.We all here want to know that tidbit of info.
Attorneys in a state where he is a bar member must file a formal complaint, detailing the specific allegations, etc. The state bar groups don’t just decide to evaluate someone for disbarment. Attorneys are thick as thieves, so it might not happen.
