I know he never formally left the party, but after winnning his last term by running against the dem who beat him in the primary and then speaking at the GOP convention, can we not put the “D” after Joe’s name?

Um, @josh_kovensky Lieberman ran as 3rd party for his last term when he lost the Democratic primary. He caucused (sometimes) with Dems but he’s not a Dem.
Probably, but that was Ahmad Chalabi’s Irregular Iraqis, which was a separate group. Any relationship would be largely organic aside from CIA shenanigans.
