Giuliani probably misses the days when, having recently been Mayor 9/11, he set up a Security Consultancy adjunct to his law firm, and was paid handsomely by municipal governments in places like Brazil to travel there and render advice on all the intersection pedestrian barriers barriers and funnels we had to tolerate while he was Mayor. The Village Voice I think reported that those pedestrian barriers were originally favored by Mussolini.
