This definitely shows that Pelosi should give House Rs subpoena power in the Impeachment investigation, in the interests of fairness, as various centrist pundits continue to advise. the FL bar review panel tsk-tsked sternly, but chose to not discipline him.

Hearings are held behind closed doors all the time, especially when it’s something sensitive

The witness is former NSC, so there’s no reason not to expect classified matters to be discussed. A closed hearing is a reasonable precaution under the circumstances.
