…and when that doesn’t work, he’ll file for dismissal due to outrageous judicial conduct. Then he’ll go for ineffective counsel, blaming his first set of attorneys (who got him a recommended sentence of 0), then finally he will have his second set of attorneys file for ineffective counsel by themselves. Then, look! It’s Nov 4 and that’s when pardon season begins.
His new lawyers are getting Flynn to talk himself into a life sentence.

Shouldn’t publish this without the transcript from his guilty plea in which the judge makes him say over and over and over again that he’s really, truly guilty and that he really, truly doesn’t believe there was prosecutorial misconduct or a government conspiracy against him. Judge anticipated this nonsense and nipped it in the bud. Flynn practically begged to be allowed to plead guilty.
He’s setting up a commutation for reasons of mental incapacity. Is St. Elizabeth’s still available?

Excuse me, I think Flynn has only moved to withdraw his guilty plea. He needs the Judge to rule that he is entitled to withdraw his guilty plea. And I doubt, seriously, that the Judge is going to give him back his guilty plea.
Sounds more like he wants to use an insanity inanity defense.

I am glad that Flynn has finally found some lawyers who are as dumb and crazy as he is. It is important to trust your legal counsel and be able to communicate with them.
