Note that Jill Stein, who helped elect Trump in 2016 as a “Green Party” candidate is also in the picture.

Flynn Russian to his own defense…

Alleging “outrageous misconduct,” Flynn is trying to convince a federal judge to throw his case out “in the interests of justice” due to allegedly overwhelming prosecutorial wrongdoing.

Did the prosecutors commit treason? I thought somebody in this case committed treason.

Sure, but it was treason committed in the national interest.

He’s mad about all the slings and arrows.

At least Flynn will have a solid case for malpractice against his current legal team.

I don’t remember hearing that psychosis was transmissible in my limited psych classes. Is this what a collective hysteria outbreak looks like?

But where will Flynn get the money to sue the current legal eagles he hired?

Too far away from Mikey Sr. to play footsie, though. Or is it footinski over there?

“Michael Flynn Behavior” can now replace the old definition of; “Chutzpah”

“Chutzpah” = The action of a greedy young man who murdered both of his parents so he could get the inheritance money, demanding “leniency” from the court because he is now “an Orphan”.

Obama had him pegged and strongly recommended during the transition that Trump avoid him like the plague.

So, that assured his hiring.

Workin’ hard for that pardon.

Saying all the sweet things Trump loves to hear.

I think it may be more than that. Flynn’s defense team keeps filing briefs filled with these conspriracy theory accusations, despite Sullivan consistently denying the motions and their CT arguments.

My guess is that Flynn’s lawyers are building a record for appeal, hoping to get a right-wing majority in the appeals court, and/or to submit for a “presidential” pardon (“presidential” in quotes because nothing about Trump is presidential).

If he’s pulling out, then isn’t the agreement that let his son off the hook null? I wonder if the prosecutors should point that out.

aaaand… @mondfledermaus beat me to it.

So clearly this is all Obama’s fault for provoking him.

Thanks, Obama!

I don’t think Trump would pardon Flynn because:
-at first he admitted guilt, and in Trumplandia you never admit to anything
-he entered into a cooperation agreement with the prosecutors, and that means you ratted out a comrade/confederate/other gang member
-but it may come down to what does Flynn still have to offer Trump
