I gotta say, if I were the DOJ person who filed the charges or asked for a TRO, I would be very concerned about my law liscense.

I would expect some real blow back, as well as carrer ending sanctions for anyone who actually signed their names to the complaint and/or TRO request.

And as to criminal charges, they would have to get the grand jury to indict.

This is just posturing, as the Trump administration has been caught with the equivalent of a dead naked boy in their bed, and wants to try to distract from what Bolton has said, which is devastating.
