My guess is more potential than likely. He was voted out and a new president inaugurated more than a year ago and the only violence was a riot he engineered himself. There are people who like him, but everyone knows he’s a crook.

I’ve been slowly learning they don’t indict as soon as they feel certain the person did it. You have a checklist you have to tick off, conditions you have to meet, or it’s a whole lot of wasted motion. A friend of mine was murdered and the police had a pretty good idea who did it, but they couldn’t prove it and he was never charged.

Looks like McDonald won’t be ordering any KFC for home delivery any time soon.

I await more on the funding distributed by the Republican States Attorneys General folks.

Except that trump’s voice is on tape telling Raffensperger to “find me, umm, 11,780 votes”. From where? A trash can? Under his bed? Raffensperger was to create the votes out of thin air. That’s an order to do a crime. trump’s intent is clear. Conspiracy to defraud the United States…20 years.

That’s a long conversation in which Trump also frequently says that he won the election and that massive fraud was done in GA - fraud involving much more than the amount of votes being requested. His fallback defense is that he believed he was requesting justice. Of course, we know this is ridiculous, but now lets go look for a jury where not a single person would believe that to be “reasonable doubt”.

Search warrants mean Merrick the Mild has proven by a preponderance of the evidence to one or more federal judges that the fake electors scheme was a federal crime. Gosh, that seems like he’s acting out of character to me, a delusional idiot.

During the call with Rosen and Donoghue, Donoghue took copious notes.

One of the things Trump said was, “Just say that the election was corrupt + leave the rest to me and the R. Congressmen.”

And Rosen was the witness to Trump saying this…

Personally, I think that this is the single most incriminating thing Trump has said, with witnesses present. Trump and his people had spent a while badgering Rosen, trying to get him to tell the country that there was massive fraud. They continued to state that none had been found.

Then Trump said that. To his Acting AG, with the Deputy present.

Well I guess St. Louis’ own Michael McDonald has the NV GOP’s Michael McDonald’s pegged correctly.

Attorney General is a policy position. Bill Barr’s policy was that El Jefe is an unaccountable warlord. Fortunately, regime change has come.

Not sure what are they expecting to find in that phone a year and a half later, most likely is not the same phone, and even it is he had plenty he has plenty of time to clean up. The best use for McDonald’s phone is to shove up in the bastards netherchannels, no lube required

Because if Trump was requesting justice for the fraud he, Trump had been performed in the GA election, then why wasn’t the GA AG in on the call?

This Michael McDonald should have considered Playing By the Rules.

I don’t know either, but this isn’t just a shot in the dark. Hopeful guessing does not get you a search warrant. Prosecutors have to have proven to a federal judge by a preponderance of the evidence – i.e., more likely than not – that the phone contains evidence of a federal crime.
