He can appeal with or without a supersedeas bond. But if he doesn’t supersede the judgment, Tish James should be able to start collections in 30 days or so.
Caveat: I am not a NY collections expert, so that’s just from my general knowledge of how such things work.
And if it does go to collections, the Special Master will be an excellent witness for identifying where all the collectable assets are.
Well I did go run some errands, very early this morning. And I did walk around the grocery store…does that count?
When I got to the grocery store I was blocked for a couple of minutes by three young women helping an older lady, I swear she was gnome sized, get her groceries in the car. Nice to see that the young ones were taught manners and courtesy.
When I left to do errands this AM it was rain with a few flakes, then when I got out the grocery store it was more solid flakes than rain.
Just checked the weather report, on Sunday it will be in the 50’s, again.

More “winning” for Trump. He’s on a roll! 
It took me over week to go over the house, I went through every single drawer, envelope, magazine and book in the house, I was not only looking for money, but also for things of historical value. I found stuff in the most unlikely places.
I’ve driven through Hill Cointry with an ex and her mother screaming every time we crossed a creek. There are a lot of creeks in Hill Country, that’s what made the hills.
I never turned into a pond, though I was tempted.
It’s common in the Vietnamese community to not trust banks. One of my best friend’s family came over in '75 and as a teen, I commented when they bought a car with cash. My friend’s mother explained they history, reasoning, and also explained it’s why many Vietnamese immigrants didn’t put their names in the phonebook for fear of being robbed by Vietnamese gangs who knew that there was a good chance of large cash stores in the house. There were some crazy stories. My friends sister in-law’s mother was kidnapped and ransomed.
Always a good reminder that there are cultural differences that we are not aware of.

I would be perfectly fine with Jack Smith going on vacation with one of the other prosecutors he brought onto his team just as I would see no problem with two of Trump’s lawyers going on vacation together. There’s no conflict of interest and they’re both on the same team.
