It does seem that he has no interest in protecting the population. And if this isn’t bad enough, he is stoking violence. He is a sick man and the GOP is a group of old white guys that don’t give a whit about people either. It is literally making me sick to watch them stand by and give this guy support.

They are IMHO far, far better Ads than the ones being run by the democratic super pacs, but the super pacs have the connection to Biden.

Here is the (very timely) one on Covid-19 out three hours ago:

https://twitter.com/ProjectLincoln/status/1275410546666463232

Lincoln project has been running advertisements, just in targetted areas. (E.g. I know they spent $250K in Iowa)

Lincoln is almost serving a different roll. They are driving the narrative, getting free media, and pushing Trump’s buttons. That is probably far more valuable than simply running TV advertisements.

[And adding another thought here, either very smartly, or by accident, Lincoln Project is exploiting a quirk in the mainstream media. The media “reports” “both sides”. But what a democratic group says is not “news”, but what dissident republicans say is immediately “news” & it is “both sides”. Dissenters by definition get more coverage as they break out of the typical boxes. So something said by Rick Wilson or George Conway is going to get free media, while the same thing said by a democrat will just be treated as politics and ignored.]

P.s. They have not yet released this quarters financial numbers, but had raised $2.5M, spent $1.3 as of March 31,2020.

The Trump/republicans have pushed back because they (were, maybe still are) spending a lot of Advertisement production. But that is not surprising given that they are doing a lot of Advertisements that get placed on Cable News on local DC Cable to get in the face of republicans and a certain orange haired Russian agent.

Trump spent 14 minutes in Tulsa talking about the “ramp” and his “water glass”, 110% the result of Lincoln Project running an advertisement “direct to FOX Morning Show” the several days before. Getting in Trump’s head is the most devastating thing they can do, much better than $10M in advertisements in WI/PA/AZ/NC/FL, particularly in a campaign where there is so much $$$ that everyone will reach saturation by election day.

I guess he really got his fee-fees hurt when his supporters didn’t show up on Saturday.

Now he’s just going to let them die.

If all of Tulsa were swallowed by a sinkhole, he would think they deserved it. No tears would be shed.

“Local officials and public health experts expressed a mixture of frustration, resignation, and horror at the decision to let federal support lapse.”

If ever there were a case to be made by a future administration of “crimes against humanity”, this is it.

In the dock at The Hague is where those responsible squarely belong.

The Trump regime’s (deliberate) mismanagement of this pandemic – literally – is criminal.

I’m linking this back directly to MoscowMitch and his drive to cut funding to the States. As long as the FEMA mission is out there, it’s federal money going out that MoscowMitch doesn’t want to spend.

Breaking with Trump, Fauci says U.S. going to do ‘more testing, not less’

June 23, 2020, 12:24 PM EDT NBC News

By Rebecca Shabad

WASHINGTON — Dr. Anthony Fauci said Tuesday that the federal government is trying to expand testing, not slow it down it as President Donald Trump has suggested in recent days.

In testimony before the House Energy and Commerce Committee, Fauci was asked about the president’s recent comments and whether he agrees that it makes sense to limit the number of COVID-19 tests.

“It’s the opposite, we’re going to be doing more testing, not less,” said Fauci, the nation’s top infectious diseases expect, who has played a key role in the Trump administration’s response to the pandemic.

Fauci said that to his knowledge, “None of us have ever been told to slow down on testing — that just is a fact.

“It’s the opposite. We’re going to be doing more testing, not less,” he added.

Hard to believe that his most loyal supporters will actually cheer this and claim that it’s about time. They’re so vile, stupid and insane, they really have no place being alive. I mean that quite literally. He’s actually doing the rest of us a favor here. It’s time for Darwin to do his thing.

I think Doc Fauci might be out of the loop.

He’s spent his whole life running from problems when they get too sticky, and in his mind it’s worked out okay. There’s some truth to that when the problem is am amorphous financial construct like “debt”, and bankruptcy mechanisms can act as a partial reset button. I can’t think of a single real, tangible problem in his life he’s had to stick through. Not coincidentally, it also fits perfectly with his NPD, since if he doesn’t face a problem down he doesn’t have to acknowledge any fault in creating it.

Covid is a real, tangible problem that doesn’t give a shit about his lawyers, his polls or what some entertainment CEO is yelling about the impact to their business. Yet he’s still walking away from it. It makes me so angry to read.
