That might not always be the case. Maybe he has friends that are black and sees what happens to them and is trying to stand up for them
I told this on another thread, a friend that lives in Rhode Island lives next door to really wealthy people that have a security guard outside their property 24/7. Last time I was there, they had a yard sign with Black Lives Matter on it. They weren’t black. Our speculation was they hoped no one black would try to break into their house.

Fine, so express it in a way that won’t automatically bring more hatred down on blacks, and target a black person for the crime.
This isn’t that hard to understand. Other whites are finding ways to support the protests without causing further harm.

As for me, I hope that former Rep. Rooney, all the members of his party, and all of the members of Chiselin’ Trump’s golf club (who are almost certainly already included in the previous group) learn the lesson that Black lives DO matter.

Watch the videos all over twitter, with black people begging white kids not to tag stores. Graffitti is a crime and indeed, black people who live in those neighborhoods are the ones accused of the graffiti. Trumpers love it! Shows POC don’t respect property.
Now while you may see it as fucked up logic, it has been used against POC forever.

There seems to be two types of white kids doing this. Racists who want to make the protests look bad and Bernie Bros who think this is the start of a Socialist Revolution. They are co-opting the protest for their own aims and folks are being foolish if they think the vandalism is helping things.
