Trump seems to always extend legal disputes beyond the public’s ability to understand how he does it. Whenever it’s alleged Trump will wriggle out of this loss, others say “Oh no, Trump doesn’t even control the settlement funds, the money is in a instrument the court controls. He can’t stop it from being disbursed.”
Yet stop it he has, again and again. If the court controls the money, just order it paid out. Why is it still being withheld? There can be no other reason than the “final” order to pay isn’t really final at all. Because Trump has even more avenues of appeal and delay at his disposal. It speaks volumes the money isn’t in Carroll’s hands. The legal system is seemingly powerless to deliver justice and enforce its own rulings.

This is f’n ridiculous. The Supreme Court has already heard him, and rejected him. When the hell does it stop? Do the Courts realize how ridiculous they look if they humor him here?
And is any surprise that a civil court adjudicated rapist continues to not take no as an answer?
