She may be on the bench for another 40+ years, but her career is OVER. Every opinion she issues from now on will be scrutinized for faulty reasoning. I predict her rulings will be overturned on a regular basis.
The election-denying GOP nominee for attorney general has filed suit over the election results, ahead of what is expected to be an automatic recount in his race.
The good news is that this guy and Kari Lake apear to be the only deniers this cycle.
The media (including TPM) told us that all the GOPers would be filing post-election lawsuits. That this post-election period would be complete chaos.
But…mostly…crickets.
