Donald Trump’s Long Overdue Reckoning Is Finally At Hand

“We were just LARP-ing” is going to be a legitimate defense for them. They didn’t intend to deceive anybody, everybody knew we were fake, etc. I’ll have to see the actual evidence, but if they’re just dipshit MAGAs playing dipshit games out in the open without any recognition of how serious it actually was, my vote would be to acquit.

Make that “one young daughter.”

A very good film, like all of the Powell/Pressburger films.

I’ve found “as foretold by the Simpsons” to be as useful, and true, as any internet pronouncement should be.

I won’t tag (blank), but I’m in the camp that had DOJ eventually dealing with this.

I’m a lil tired of those who are still treating this ‘extravaganza’, as if it’s a sandwich order gone wrong.

This wasn’t going to be easy and it wasn’t going to be quick or for the faint-hearted. Only those who had an idea how this should end or where it would go, have the right to watch the naysayers eat their crow subs.

Those eeyores don’t deserve any peace and they deserve the devotion of onlookers making sure that they eat every bite.

I was going to avoid talking about the editorial (which it was) in today’s Morning Memo, but destiny tapped me on my shoulder and told me that I’m not finished yet.

If Smith fails (his record isn’t perfect), those who thought that Lisa Monaco should have been the AG, will blame both men for supposedly failing America.

Please don’t be that dude, thank you.

From my daughter in Seattle, a breast cancer survivor (5 years+ cancer free)

“Radiation is a valuable treatment option for breast cancer, and we don’t yet know why it was most strongly associated with biological age,” noted Dale Sandler, Ph.D., chief of the NIEHS Epidemiology Branch and a co-author on the paper. “This finding supports efforts to minimize radiation exposures when possible and to find ways to mitigate adverse health effects among the approximately 4 million breast cancer survivors living in the United States.”

The scientists emphasized that women should not abandon radiation therapy as an option based on this research. Current breast cancer treatments that include radiation are very effective in preventing breast cancer from spreading.

“Women faced with a breast cancer diagnosis, should discuss all possible treatment options with their doctors to determine the best course of treatment for them,” said Katie O’Brien, Ph.D., a scientist in the NIEHS Epidemiology Branch and a co-author on the paper.

My daughter received chemotherapy, directed radiation and then a lumpectomy.

If you’re going to be a parent, be a good parent or they’ll make you regret it.

No regrets for me.

Donald Trump is a one-man crime wave! I’ve never seen one person commit so many serious crimes within the space of four years. And the BIGGEST CRIMES ANYONE HAS EVER SEEN IN THE HISTORY OF THIS COUNTRY!

Maybe some of the rank-and-file, but if the reporting to date bears out that Rudy was directly calling the shots and coordinating with the leaders…

Trump and some of his top advisers publicly encouraged the “alternate electors” scheme in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin, Nevada and New Mexico. But behind the scenes, Giuliani and Trump campaign officials actively choreographed the process, the sources said.

“We fought to seat the electors. The Trump campaign asked us to do that,” Meshawn Maddock, co-chair of the Michigan Republican Party, said at a public event last week that was organized by the conservative group Stand Up Michigan, according to a recording obtained by CNN.

Nonsense? How about ‘true in some cases’. It took as long as I said in my post. It isn’t nonsense.

lol. That’s a good point. The Simpsons remains a scarily accurate soothsayer as to where we are heading / descending.

I know I’m late to the thread, but it doesn’t sound like any of these charges would keep him out of office if convicted.

It reportedly refers to violations of the following federal statutes:

  • conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud the United States;
  • deprivation of rights under color of law
  • tampering with a witness, victim or an informant

We need one with teeth.
