I would need some input from litigators here…but from this layperson’s vantage point, it looks like Lee is clinging mostly to his position as U.S. Senator as an exculpatory factor.
I think he has some exposure, based on what I have seen here…and I would be interested in individuals and lines of communication

Big fat liar definitely, seditionist? Well he broke RoJo’s thirty second rule, so yeah he’s a seditionist. I realize that I’m reading text, as oppose to hearing him say these things but, this one:
“I did research on that, I made phone calls to figure out whether the rumors were true,” Lee added, saying that he concluded they were untrue.
Except that they were true. So not only his Mike sedition curious, he’s also bad at lying about being a seditionist.

Mike Lee loves to wave around his pocket Constitution but you have to wonder if he really understands what this country is about.
The weak Utah Dems didn’t nominate a Senate candidate this year. So Lee has no real opponent, only McMullin who agrees on every issue except Trump worship.

From reading the article to include the inserts below, I am surprised we do not have, or at least to not have yet, emails and texts between Mike Lee and Ginni Thomas.
That would require, in most interpretations, the states re-certifying the election: dropping the Biden electors which represented the legitimate outcome, and replacing them with the fake Trump certificates.
“I only know that this will end badly for the President unless we have the Constitution on our side,” Lee wrote to Meadows on Jan. 3.
This path to steal the election obviously leads straight to the Supreme Court. Ginni was desperately texting Meadows as was Lee. Maybe I am reading to much into this but it seems to obvious.

I don’t wonder anything of the sort - what I wonder is, if one asked him about ANYthing in the pocket copy, would he be able to even explain it in a class of new immigrants that they wouldn’t laugh him out of the place.

The eastman plan was to create such doubt in seven states by having two slates of electors from each state, that those seven states votes would not be counted, leaving TFG with a majority of the remaining votes.
