Dominion CEO: Lawsuits Like One Against MyPillow Guy Is ‘Definitely Not The Last’ | Talking Points Memo

Dominion CEO John Poulos on Tuesday slammed MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell for being “reckless” in peddling disinformation and signaled that the defamation lawsuit like the one the company is waging against Lindell won’t be the last of its kind.

Lindell can go to hell. Litigation this serious will bring up a lot of negative discovery that the pillow idiot can’t weather. He will soon be the poor guy next door who can’t get sleep.

He’ll be bankrupt and selling BJs for meth in no time, at which point, sleep will be a thing of the distant past.

The erratic way he’s been behaving, I doubt he’s slept in a month or so. If he’s not back on drugs, then he’s suffered some sort of short-circuit from his addict days.

Lindell should zip his lip and settle. Dominion will win all these suits and has real standing and reputational harm. A lot of these jackasses are going to end up in bankruptcy court…including Trump himself.

The old adage “don’t piss anyone off because they will eventually get even” is just starting to show itself to be good advice in 2021.

I look forward to it like I savor a fine meal.
Individual 1’s rhetoric is at risk of being normalized, with all of its character assassination and defamation. If Dominion or Smartmatic win a decision against him in court, it’ll go a long way to shutting down his species of propaganda.
And, it’s only so much the better if their suits against the Faux personalities succeed.

His lawyers are probably advising him to settle, but what would he settle for? First, coughing up the money. Second, spending at least as much on-air time and money on the apologies and retractions as he did on spreading the lies for profit. Third, additional liability for every further incident where he opens his mouth to spread lies for profit. Can he even do those things? With the size of Dominion’s market and potential monetary losses, this isn’t the kind of case you settle for a few mil.

I wonder whether he might be able to reduce his liability by providing evidence against other liars-for-profit.
