The purpose of having elections is so that, if the people feel that the current Administration is too corrupt, then they can change who runs the government and start cleaning the stables…without having to resort to open revolt. Being elected President doesn’t mean you’re suddenly immune to being indicted or having to be a responsible adult.

I would have preferred it if Garland had sought to move Twitler’s wonky lawsuit to the DC circuit immediately.
