The Christian war on all that is not them continues and the nation had better wake up before it is too late and they are told to convert or go to camps to be re educated. Even to my ears that sounds crazy but historically it has happened in one form or anther over and over again. This movement has been around and gain power for decades and it is now attempting to do use our own laws against the nation.

Seriously, if they really thought it was a bomb why didn’t they evacuate the school and call the bomb squad and If my child went to school there those are the questions I would be asking, so clearly something else was going on.

What is that thing on her face? Is that…is that an explosive??? OH MY GOD IT’S A FACE BOMB!!!

In James Bond films, bombs always have flashing LEDs. Where else do you think she gets her information?

Given that, any connection of this person’s claims to truth or evidence or reasonableness is-- well-- unnecessary and likely counterproductive.

I have a coworker who is into the half bomb thing. He is smart enough to know it didn’t really look like a bomb, but thought it could be presented as a bomb. Same way an unloaded gun is more/less safe.
The other meme that keeps getting brought up is zero tolerance policies. So some kid somewhere was once subjected to more than he thinks fair so everything is fair to this kid and can’t have anything to do with discrimination.
The mind boggles.

Well, clearly Kim Davis can’t fill that role (just not cute enough) and Ann is getting a bit long in the tooth, so Her Honor is giving the audition her full effort. The grift goes on.

If the police and school had followed protocol and allowed a parent to be present, they may have said more to the police. That’s only if there was more to be said. The police obviously wanted the kid to say he brought a bomb, or a hoax bomb to school and add something like Allah Akbar. They scared this kid to death because he is Muslim and made something clever. The mayor is despicable and trying to do damage control.

Every interview and every hind-sighted rationalization with these bigots just makes it more obvious that they overreacted and panicked because “Muslim!!” and and now face lawsuits for their irrational behavior and slandering of this kid.

By all appearances he appears to be an all American teen age boy and he may well have wondered what reaction he would get from the clock. That’s what some teen age boys do…they test adults for reactions. He comes from a politically active family too— his Dad is a fighter and has even confronted savant Paster Terry from Florida, the Koran burner.

I mean the young boy is not stupid and the contraption clearly bears some semblance to what anyone could easily associate a bomb to look like.

Recall that just a few months ago a student here in Maryland got suspended for biting a pop tart into the shape of a gun. We can logically surmise lots of teachers are living in a cultural environment of Columbine with “zero tolerance” and 9-11 super paranoia

The pop tart gun student is white! This time anyway, IMHO the Texans were not being totally irrational as some at TPM have hyped.

No doubt helpful though that Obama and the Silicon men jumped on the bandwagon of exaggerated outrage because the whole misconstrued story would have aded fuel to the fire for the Mayors anti-Sharia quest. By the way, she has such beautiful blonde hair, why does she dye her roots brown?

If there really was no bomb squad or evacuation, then the mayor should be asking why not, if she believed herself.

Actually, Maher has been quite obvious in his support of the panicked reaction to a Muslim kid with a clock. He actually said (without sarcasm) stuff like, “Of course they were scared - he’s a Muslim” and “It looks EXACTLY like a bomb!” Repeatedly, and in several shows, he defended the actions of the bigoted teacher and police.

I’m a bit surprised and disappointed, but it stems from his aversion to all religions.
