Discussion for article #239376
She is a brilliant journalist and I support her 100 percent," the Fox boss said in a statement late Monday.
He went on to say, “How can anyone not see it–just looks at her slinky body and perky smile, and legs…oh my, her legs…and her heaving breasts when she gets excited, and her firm squeezable ass…and the way she wiggles when she— What? Is that mike hot? Fuck! You’d better not print that! I’m warning you, we have our own security man…if you know what I mean!”
More confirmation, as if more was needed, that Fox is not a news network.
Roger Goebbles of the FOX Republican propaganda outlet said what?
Was that before or after Ailes finished slobbering The Donald’s knob?
Ailes + Trump = FOX ratings!
Trump + Republicans =

Ratings wins! … And I say, “Great!” Needs moar’ popcorn!
I think Fox spokesman Ted Nugent actually covered this yesterday.
I’m not sure Ailes caved or raved. I just think The Donald got what he wanted and hung a U-turn, just like he did with Planned Parenthood.
“Journalist” is a euphemism that FOX News uses in place of RNC spokesperson and “brilliant” is applied to those personalities who stay on script as opposed to those who don’t, e.g., Eric Bolling.
Yea Right
FOX News host Megyn Kelly announced tonight at the end of her show that she will be going on a much needed vacation for the next week-and-a-half.
Good stuff from deep in the heart of Crazy.
The Twitter replies are vile, they seem to love to hate her. It’s clear it doesn’t pay to try journalism while being Foxy
Poor little Roger. Him feels small after surrendering to Rump. Him really mad today! Media rough on poor Little Rodger. Him lose face.
Now this I believe. The mafia boss approach has always suited Roger Ailes and Fox News.
Holy Jeebus H Khrist! It’s hard to imagine a bigger load of horse crap than Ailes and Trump, each throwing enormous handfuls of scat at one another; two serial liars and massive egos are now spinning the phone call and what each said. Oh, brother, the GOP clown car is gonna provide SOOOOO much entertainment. Run, Donald, run!!
This is WWE type theater. Plan and simple.
They both need each other and benefit from the faux spat.
Does anyone really believe Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant weren’t friends?
I believe Gabriel Sherman’s reporting.
Sounds like Ailes is panicking again. He thought he could lure tRUMP into a false sense of security and let bygones be bygones as long as The Donald went along with the network, saying they’d both made peace between them. (Nothing gossipy gets out into the public without some tacit approval by Herr Ailes) Obviously, Ailes didn’t realize that he’s dealing with a madman at the time, like a bull in a china shop. Sounds like all bets are off again. Besides, the next time Faux does their next debate is in November on their business channel and then again in January, so ratings from tRump’s antics aren’t as big a thing for them now.
Ailes attempt at intimidation is the sure sign that he’s freaking out on behalf of the GOP political establishment. He thought he had time to come up with something new to take tRump down…hah, good luck with that.
The Ministry of Propaganda is working overtime these days. I wonder if they give their workers time and a half or just convince them 60 hour workweeks are perfectly legal and just part of the job description. Propagandizing is hard work, especially during campaign season don’t ya know? Someone has to do it. Faux’s entire reason for existence is about ensuring Republican electoral success…That whole news thingy they pretend they’re doing…it was always just a ruse.
So pretty much official, the Republican party answers to Fox news … so why exactly does Rinse Pubis get a paycheck anymore?
What I find interesting in all of this is that whether this version of the story or NY Magazine version of the story is true is pretty irrelevant. Either way, a major news network agreed to back off from any criticism of a presidential candidate if he’d stop criticizing them, or it threatened to go to war with a presidential candidate if he didn’t agree to back off from harsh criticism of them. That’s stunning.
Today’s American Democracy in action, it’s more a reality show now than anything else, at least on the GOP side.
It just keeps getting better and better.
