This is the natural consequence that should be expected when fanning the flames of conspiracy theories, intolerance and fear. All, or nearly all of the current Republican candidates for President are guilty of fanning these flames to one degree or another. Trump, Cruz, Santorum and Huckabee are on the end of the spectrum that not only fans the flames but they also throw a bit of gas on fire for good measure.

These guys should face very serious Federal charges. I’m not sure it technically qualifies as treason, but it’s close. It clearly looks like a terrorist act. Of course, those type of charges won’t happen.

Me too. In fact I think I’ll invite them over for Thanksgiving. They would be a welcome addition to the party! (I’m sure they will be free by then…not kidding; they probably will be, and all their booty will be returned to them, (maybe even with an apology). They will probably turn my invitation down so they can go to Clivan Bundy’s, where, as I understand it, there are no consequences for law-breaking.

By now it should be clear that there is a pattern: acts of spectacular violence, predominantly by white men, are rarely termed “terrorist” even when all the evidence points in that direction according to the government’s own standards.

You say they should arrest those who promote this stuff.
Wel, arresting several Republican candidates for Presitent as well as the sitting Governor of Texas would sure get headlines.

Steeped in conspiracy and saturated with fear. That is what motivates ‘patriots’ like these.
They truly believe that all of their guns make them ready to fight the US military. You have to wonder if they realize there is more military than just the ones in the Jade Helm ‘exercise’.

If the right to bear arms had been linked to the mandatory need of education, we’d have a hell of a lot less gun idiots and a hell of a lot more intelligent hicks. That is a part of the Bill of Rights that was missed.
