Isn’t that how it always goes? All you want to do is to start your own semi-official paramilitary force, protect your County from the imminent threat of being over-run by Blue-helmeted Commie troops and ISIS infiltrators just over the Border, and some wussie Nanny-state Terrorist-loving politicians say “no”.
