Welcome to Yosemite National Park Secretary Zinke, Mrs. Zinke, valued guests.

Today weā€™re going to take a trip into the back country, where you may see the wolves and grizzly bears that make this such a unique environment. Now, if youā€™ll just put on these bologna suits and climb into the radio-operated open vehicle, weā€™ll get going.

What is it with these ex-Navy seals? Is it an overblown sense of entitlement? Maybe itā€™s not a trend yet, but Zinke and Greitens represent the worst of our military and country.

What is it with this crook?
He thinks the national parks are his personal property?
His "friends and ā€œacquaintancesā€ surely can pay their own way - and help support the parks instead of ripping off us taxpayers.
Just one more crook in the WH administration.

Pay it back or go to prison for fraud. We, the taxpayers, did not vote for this and we do not want to pay for this. But we sure as hell want HIM to pay for it, one way or another.

Pay up, you chiseler(s).

I donā€™t have a problem with a cabinet secretary having minor perks. It depends on what is being done and how often. The boat guy definitely sounds out of bounds.

About 10-15 years ago a local lawyer was appointed the head of the State Department of Transportation. They had a motorist assistance program to help people with car trouble, flat tires and so forth. A sort of taxpayer AAA, if you will but it was only in certain areas.

This guyā€™s wife got a flat tire while he was at the state capital. He had the roadside assistance people help her out even though she broke down 8 miles outside their jurisdiction. Many people were up in arms. I didnā€™t see a problem with it. He was 4 hours away at the state capital for government work. It was an established program that he was not involved with.

Shoot, you need some perks to a high level job. Of course in this day and age of Trump, maybe I should reconsider.

By all means, read Capt Baileyā€™s letter. He not only offers insight into Zinkā€™e corruption, but the morally corrupt nature that seems to characterize the entire GOP leadership, if not the totality of the Repug party.

Shouldnā€™t Zinke have to go through some sort NPS training to be leading tours? And the uniform, does he wear the proper uniform while conducting these private tours?

So, time to FOI their yearly disclosures and see what favors their ā€˜good friendsā€™ are doing in return.

From the Department of Easy Predictions:
Zinke will retain some government property (keys to the Lincoln Memorial and other sites overseen by DOI) when he leaves his position. He will use them, without authorization, after he leaves his position.
