The Kushner Companies seem to be following the lead of the Trump Organization is overextending itself and then seeking debt assistance and/or bailouts from dubious sources. The Art of the Deal???

Where did he get $1.1 billion? I thought he was deep underwater with his 666 building.

Tough to launder money for someone if you don’t have an underwater project kicking around the office somewhere.

I wonder what the apartment market is in Moscow or Riyahd?

If Kushner is involved, it has to be a bad deal.

Some fools bailed him out of the 666 building fiasco. Then he just turned around and borrowed some more. This has always puzzled me. It took friggin’ forever for banks to figure out that Trump was a financial chimp, who would lose their money every time.

If I go in for a car loan, I need a mountain of paperwork and testimonials from The Archbishop of Canterbury and the Dalai Lama. But some guy whose projects have gone belly up repeatedly somehow manages to finagle loans for ungodly amounts of money.

Got it. Although, given the Trump regime, Office of Personnel Management could make sense.

Question for congressional committee: What is the source of that money?
That’s what the IRS asks when you pretend you have little income, but live high in a big house and big car.

I recall a lawyer friend telling that when he had a client being pursued by the IRS.
Client was living like Hugh Hefner and claiming little income.

Brian Frosh, Maryland’s attorney general, is an attack dog. Hope he’s on this. Kushner is already one of worst landlords in the state. No way they should allow this. Can’t wait till they get this MFer on RICO charges, grab his property, and put him in general population. He’s the rare person I wish the worst for.
