But it’s called the WALL STREET Journal, so it must be bad…
Indeed, the News and Biz reporting are excellent, and consume most of the space of the paper.
Similarly, Bloomberg radio, and their site, have some great info. But people hear “Bloomberg” and assume it must be news dictated by him. The reality is that he does not even get involved with it other than to count the profits…
“…to clarify the signers has no experience in “federal” office.”
However, he was responding to comments that he has never had any elective experience, so his clarification is meaningless. Unless…he suddenly remembers that he WAS elected to office once. He doesn’t want to say WHERE, because um, it would call too much attention to where he, um, was, um, elected. Ta Da!
Josh’s has a good article on how Carson has indepth knowledge in a few areas and arrogantly assumes, because he’s smart, he also knows a lot in other areas, where he really has little knowledge.
A lot of this seems similar to some of the stuff he’s said in the debate that doesn’t really work like his tax and health care plans. Granted not much different than the other republicans but I think they know their plans a full of hole. They say it just because they think it will pull in republican vote. I think Carson actually believes his shit.
Maybe a good term for him would be an arrogant savant. Not a whole lot different to me than Trump, but I think Trumps a better liar and also doesn’t go into to many details. Instead he just says I have a plan.
Before our founders established the U.S. Constitution, they established the United States of America in Perpetual Union under the Articles of Confederation. Five people who signed the Articles of Confederation also signed the United States Constitution.
The signers were all elected by their respective State Assemblies.
Carson is wrong to say that our founders did not have experience as elected leaders in the Federal Government.
America’s founding fathers had experience with federal government, and because of their experience they were able to write the United States Constitution.
Ben Carson had a career as a surgeon, this is not equivalent to the experience gained in a career as an elected leader in state or federal government.
Carson has a profound lack of knowledge in many areas. It’s quite impressive actually.
I find it funny that his claim to fame is separating conjoined twins, the first to do it, and that he/people always talk about his pediatric greatness but he is marketed as a brain surgeon.
Considering the shaky grasp that he has with the truth, I think that his entire background and every claim that he has ever uttered needs to be vetted.
He didn’t just start lying during this presidential campaign I’m sure.
WSJ not defending Carson? The Establishment speaks: just look at the pay walled, right wing articles in the front page. The fact that they are tearing him apart is all you need to know about who they want to throw off the Clown Car! Lying Ben, you are toast!
Paul dismissed Kaczynski as a “partisan hack” at the helm of a “ridiculous cottage industry out there of people who think they’rearesmarter than everyone elseme.”
Or maybe he was not talking about the founding fathers we all know. Maybe he was talking about Marvin Schwartz and Zeke Brundage who signed the documents with disappearing ink! They were not politicians but spies from the 23rd century who had time travelled to help the colonists throw off the royal yoke!
Gotta love ya some Ben - he is ALL about THE CRAZY.
Dr. Ben omitted a chapter in his biography: “How crack cocaine has left him completely delusional”.
Just when you didn’t think the Republicans could find anymore crazy wing nuts they roll out this guy - unbelievable.
Big Ben says the US should never have a Muslim President. The media needs to ask if we should ever have a President from a religious cult…the 7th Day Adventist are a legitimate cult right up there with the Mormons (Mittens).
The Founding Fathers were clairvoyant…we need a big fire wall between church and state. Big Ben is crazy member of a religious cult.
