Effectively he did:
Twitting “God bless all!”, then immediately pivoting to Jexodus, then to Mueller, ending with “…THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO A PRESIDENT AGAIN!”

Every other global leader expressed some heartfelt sorrow for the NZ victims, and included the phrase ‘terrorist’ or ‘islamophobe’ or ‘racist/white supremacist’. Not Mr Radical Islamic Terrorist.

He just twitted 2 more times on NZ, and still nothing that this was one of his apostles.

Edit: He just mentioned ‘terrorist’ and ‘mosque’ in his veto-signing Oval Office rally (covered by all the cables for some reason) and immediately pivoted to ‘immigrants as invaders’ just like the asswipe racist in NZ did.

Hillary is not afraid to call this an act of White supremacist terrorism. POTUS made no mention of terrorism in any of his mumblings about this. His administration enacted a Muslim ban which is still enforced.
