Geeez, you guys are picky tonight
Supposedly, the two pages are stamped âclient copy,â Did anyone notice this?
I think Maddow was set up, not the returns.
And it may cost her some credibility, which is unfortunate.
And now weâre talking about this, and this story has knocked the CBO score of the ACA repeal/replace bill right out of the spotlight.
Only for the evening. Tomorrowâs another day.
I agree. This is a horrible tease, IMO. With no real substance.
This is a distraction people! A shiny object, purposely released so we donât see the deep $#!+ heâs in with Trumpcare and Russia
Maybe, but only for an evening. Trump/GOP misdeeds are not going away like they used to. Itâs distraction without traction. (Wordplay alert.)
Iâm just curious whose decision it was to do that segment. Hers? Or the producers?
I hope everyone goes back to talking about the AHCA. Thatâs what needs to be talked about right now.
@radicalcentrist (below) Youâre exactly right.
This deserved a segment on the show discussing Trumpâs proposal to eliminate the AMT and how self-serving that would be, but beyond that it was waaayy over-hyped. This wasnât Tumpâs tax return it was a tiny portion of one yearâs return with very little information.
I probably wonât remember this when I wake up tomorrow morning lol.
You have a bad tax accountant, or you sold a very expensive house. For an individual the first 250K of gains on a house sale is tax free, for a couple itâs 500K.
A-that piece of shit bill is not going to pass. B-Health care concerns are NOT going away, ever.
This is some weapons-grade speculation here ⌠how is it ever in Trumpâs interest to put a spotlight on his tax issues?
His taxes help him only if they all come out and heâs squeaky clean. And if that was true, we wouldnât be here. Letâs not let tonightâs left jab hide the promise of tomorrowâs knockout.
4/15/17 will force the issue since that return wonât be under audit⌠yet. So, not excuses.
Or the producers?
If it was a producerâs decision, he/she deserves to be sent down to the MSNBC mail room for a year.
Wow, go out for a few hours for a meeting; come home and the Donnie shit is hitting the MSNBC fan.
Commence shit-eating grinâŚ
Yeah, thatâs why Iâm interested in the decision process for that segment. It was simply a bad decision and there is no sugarcoating it.
You always seem to have such a positive attitude âŚ
Thank you â
