Issa does what he’s told. This is coming right out of Karl Rove’s fetid imagination, with every Konservative hallmark: Guilty Projection, Arrogance, and Disrespect.
Issa as Chair has really not been up to Karl’s task of raising the level of FAUX outrage and anger in the base, though. They had to enroll Trey Gowdy to keep the Benghazi fiores burning.

Meanwhile, is anyone curious as to just how these groups of “angry citizens” keep showing up when busloads of supposed immigrant children arrive at detention centers.
The latest idiocy had them mistakenly yelling at what turned out to be a busload of kids headed for YMCA camp, but still, I keep recalling those images years ago of the “angry citizens” outside the Florida recount center demanding a halt to the process…who later were Photo ID’d as Bush campaign political operatives.
This immigrant “anger” seems to be a tad organized for just some random group of citizens.
