But WE ARE AT WAR WITH NORTH KOREA.
In 1953 they signed an ARMISTICE (cessation of hostilities) not a Peace Treaty. Each side agreed to the 38th parallel as a DMZ and with minor skirmishes aside, each party has held to that. (The Korean DMZ is the most heavily mined, observed, and guarded area in The World because of it.) We keep 35,000 US Troops in South Korea and another 40,000 in Japan at all times because of this (Japan is also the headquarters of the US Seventh Fleet.)
In a very REAL technical and cultural sense the WAR HAS CONTINUED (sorry, âPolice Action by the U.N. has continued.â)

Maybe this is a good indication that, while stupid Americans accept the re-interpretation of what 45 has said, the international community takes what is said as NOT open to interpretation. Maybe itâs time for 45 to think before speaking and be a little more cautious in his language.

OT, but I just got home and saw that Trump is announcing some kind of educational initiatives and grants for young children, a pathway for success. Pointed out Ivanka, and then asked this little black kid what he was interested in. Didnât hear his answer, but Trump reached over to shake his hand. When he let go, the boy looked at his own hand briefly. My husband said he was probably making sure he had all his fingers. 
Or maybe his were longer than Trumpâs and that surprised him.
