What really jumps out is that no matter what portion of the incredibly compromised Trump administration you focus upon , there is wrongdoing, malfeasance, criminality and potential prosecution.Any other person in this predicament would be long gone by how…instead his misguided enablers, knowing that the jig is up dig in to extract that final advantage before the obvious can no longer be denied.

This has nothing to do with the President or the White House

Seriously, for the crowd he had, one Costco cream cake and a platter of their turkey wraps cut into rounds, and maybe a fruit salad would have sufficed. What’s that? $80 tops, if they use cheap fruit.

That’s rich. Really rich. Like they issued the subpoenas for documents because the inaugural committee was staffed by a bunch of freakin’ Boy Scouts.

Funny how a guy who claims all Muslims are terrorists and all Latinos are murders and rapists has so many business deals with Arabs and employs so many undocumented immigrants.

Imaad, as always, gave only his own money from his own resources

Mm yeah, that’s how a straw donor operates.

I’m lovin’ it.™

This is spectacularly good news. Virtually every legal analyst has been saying for awhile that Cockholster and Company’s real woes won’t lie with Mueller’s investigation. It’ll come from the Eastern and Southern District USAGs.

But let’s not forget that another AG is about to sink her hooks into this fetid whale and his clan, and then take a flensing knife to them. That is the New York State Attorney General. And none of those charges will be escapable through presidential pardons. As Toadglans is wont to say, “Sad.”

Good times, my friends. Good times.

Of the two there is only one part that is true from the subpoena. And what makes it juicy is that I-1 wasn’t POTUS yet.

IANAL but … here’s some delightful light reading that I like to keep in the forefront of my mind.

(a) Property subject to criminal forfeiture
Any person convicted of a violation of this subchapter or subchapter II punishable by imprisonment for more than one year shall forfeit to the United States, irrespective of any provision of State law—

(1) any property constituting, or derived from, any proceeds the person obtained, directly or indirectly, as the result of such violation;

(2) any of the person’s property used, or intended to be used, in any manner or part, to commit, or to facilitate the commission of, such violation; and

(3) in the case of a person convicted of engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise in violation of section 848 of this title, the person shall forfeit, in addition to any property described in paragraph (1) or (2), any of his interest in, claims against, and property or contractual rights affording a source of control over, the continuing criminal enterprise.

In short, what this means is that Individual-1 et al could lose any and all assets derived from their years of on-going criminal acts.

At risk of being redundant, I have only one reaction to the systematic dismantling of the Twitler AND “Full Metal Jackass” (Kushner) criminal enterprises by the USAG and state Attorney Generals: I’m lovin’ it.™

Attorneys General.

“General” is an adjective, and cannot be a plural in this case.

This is not an Administration; it’s “The Gang That Couldn’t Shoot Straight.”

If Trump stole from his inaugural fund it’s a criminal offense. He’s then revealed — again — as a crooked grifter monetizing his office.

At least it’s an ethos …

Really…it took two years just to come up with this subpoena? If this was on a black politician or on Hillary, the case already would have been prosecuted. But Trump and the Russian mob has the courts right where they want them…eating the forbidden fruit and failing to prosecute Trump.
