What? Trump specifically endorsed Bibi’s announcement (in English, with one-sentence slides) accusing the Iranians of lying, violating the Agreement and building up a nuclear arsenal. Trump said that was very troubling, although it was accompanied by no evidence.

Pompeo, who just weeks earlier had told Congress that Iran was abiding by the Agreement changed his tune? And now the WH is saying that it always meant to say “had”, i.e., before the Agreement?

Seriously? Enough of this already. I want to hear Michelle Wolf’s take on this.

So – Bibi, Dotard J. Spanky, and Smoky Eye Sanders are all in agreement that the deal with Iran was huge benefit to both Israel and the U,S. since it shut down Iran’s nuclear weapon program!

You should have said “focked up” (one letter change and all that).

Israel’s prime minister says his government

BENJAMIN NETANYAHU

First sentence in the first paragraph at the start of the timeline. From this point forward, we could have stopped this escapade as useless bullshit. Very likely something coordinated between two crooked leaders with facist instincts as more political kabuki theater.

This war brought to you by the Letter B, the Number 666 and a clerical error by the enormously incompetent Trump “Administration”

The idea here seems to be throw enough dirt in the eyes of the media and they’ll give up trying to establish, you know, reality.

God a hate Netanyahu.

He has been trying for years to get/goad the US into attacking Iran. And this is just the latest and most brazen attempt to do just that.

Walking back the statement is nothing compared to walking away from the JCPOA Agreement; which Netanyahu’s little show is all about.

I can’t imagine the shit-show that will happen if we go after Iran.

Historical footnote:

Rachel said she was going to make this the focus of her show last night, until the Mueller questions story broke just before she came on air. Then by the time her show was ending, the walk-back correction came out, adding to the shit show.

Yes, but it’s also being fomented just as much by Uncle Benjiyahu. Just remember, the Dotard is left believing the words of the last person he talks to, and his world is getting smaller and smaller by the day.

“Quietly walks back.” Another media euphemism for “lies like a card cheat in an Atlantic City casino”.
But nice, smoky eye shadow on Sarah, or as I like to call her, “Lane Bryant Megatron”

“Clerical error”. Isn’t that what ended up sending Al Capone to Alcatraz?

Here we fcking go again
the fcking drums of war.

What is it with these people and their thirst for war, their need to hurt people?

The Middle East is a tribal, religious, territorial problem that is never going to be solved. Never.

And I’m willing to bet that the combo pack of Netanyahu, Trump and Pompeo isn’t going to make any of it better.

“Clerical error” my ass. It’s Bolton trying to Ems Dispatch us into a war of choice. And at least one person in the Trump snakepit has an eye on the fucking loon, at least this time.

Don’t think for a minute that’s not what this was or that it’s the last time we’ll see something like it. Bolton is precisely the kind of dimwit who considers himself a profound student of history and things Bismarck blood and iron realpolitik was just awesome. But, of course, being a mental midget in professorial clothing, he doesn’t get the part where a) Bismarck’s machinations are one of the key sources of the delusion that it’s possible to fight a “short decisive war” where the country that starts it at all times remains in complete control of the outcome.

And never mind that Bismarck’s disordering of the post Napoleonic War balance of power led directly to the First and Second World Wars.

Let’s not forget John “Bomb Iran” Bolton whispering sweet nothings in Trump’s ear. Bolton and Pompeo are a tag-team. Bolton will be happy with a war with anyone, but if he had his druthers, it would be Iran.
