he won’t get much traction if he runs, i don’t think
How about instead using all that money on green initiatives compared to a failed run, or spend a lot of the time pushing a green plan and pushing people to support giving a shit about the world we live in.
Go away
Please let the announcement be that he’s going to put his money behind viable candidates and not a failed run of his own. Even if he’s a great guy, I think we’re all pretty well done with the “businessman with no experience” as president experiment.
I guess he can spend his money however he likes. He won’t get anywhere but if he can push the more viable D candidates to embrace environmental solutions, a new green deal, etc., then fine.
Are there any Democrats who are not considering a Presidential run in 2020?
Me…
If this dipshit had spent 1/2 of what he spent on useless “Impeach the Dotard” ads on a grass roots voter registration and GOTV, the Dems would have easily won in Florida…
I’ll pass as well. That’s two! A few more and we could form the Those Not Running For President Party
Thank You
Don’t need another guy whose ego is bigger than his pile of cash
I think we’ve had enough businessman billionaire presidents to last for the rest of my lifetime, thank you very much.
Bingo.
Steyer/Bloomberg or Bloomberg/Steyer? Oh I get all a tingle! The lesson from the midterms was clearly that the Democratic base wanted more white billionaire dudes…
Mark Sanders
Yeah, I’m not getting this either. He’s got very little pull with the Dem base nationally. Perhaps if he makes a run for Governor of NY State…
Actually, I prefer the “Running Like Hell FROM the Presidency” party, but I’m open for negotiation.
God I hope you are right. Steyer is just into seeing his name in print. The similarities to Trump, and the lack of understanding of how to build majorities or solve complex issues in a political world, are manifest.
Hopefully this is a play you get on TV to announce his plans to participate in the Democratic primary as a Donor only and issue a challenge to democratic presidential aspirants to focus on Green initiatives and sound economic policy.
