Doubt we’ll learn anything. I don’t have much faith in our FBI or CIA. I read “Legacy of Ashes” by Tim Weiner in 2010. Calling them our “intelligence agencies” is a bit ironic. Back when they started operations under OSS, they were like the Keystone Cops compared to the KGB. Hell, compared to the FSB and Mossad, they still are. Most of the FBI’s publicized busts are the ones they actually set up. Without their involvement, many of them never would advance beyond the talking stage. I’m shocked they caught onto this recent story where their paid translator sneaked off to Syria and married the ISIL guy she was helping the FBI monitor without the help of a tipster:
